Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Afterscent.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging where applicable.
- Be securely packaged for return.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Fragrances & Decants
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened, used, or sprayed fragrances and decants cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied in error.
Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before opening the product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
